Tongling Hill Mineral Products Co., Ltd. is situated in Tongling City which has been consistently holding the reputation of "China’’s Ancient Bronze Capital". Adjacent to the native Yangtze River port, with railways and expressways penetrating through its territory, we are neighboring to the Changjiang Delta Economic Zone and only 150km away from Nanjing City. Established in 2002, our company now owns one share holding mineral hill and one mineral production mill (with one advanced micro-powder production line). Now, we have more than 100 employees and above RMB10,000,000 of assets.
Our main products include:
1) High purity Iron Pyrites (FeS2) and its processed products (micro powder & qualified lumps). Its Primary Chemical Composition: FeS2. Specifications: S>48%, Fe>43%, As<0.1%, Pb+Zn<0.1%, SiO2<3%, H2O<0.5%. All of its indices can pass SGS, ROHS tests and are in accordance with the import criterion of EU. Our micro powder’’s granulates include: 24-36 meshes, 36-46 meshes, 46-60 meshes, 60-80 meshes, 80-120 meshes, 200 meshes, 325 meshes. Our qualified lumps’’ granularities include: 1-3mm, 3-5mm, 5-10-50mm. Qualified lumps’’ granularity is mainly decided by customers’’ requirements. High purity iron pyrites (FeS2) is widely used in many refined chemical and metallurgical industries such as special steel (free-cutting steel) smelting, precision casting, resin grinding wheels, grinding discs, abrasive material and grinding tools, high capacity batteries, and brake bands.
2) Natural abrasive materials for resin grinding wheels. Granularities: 24-36 meshes, 36-46 meshes, 46-60 meshes, 60-80 meshes, 80-120 meshes, 200 meshes, 325 meshes. Specifications: S>48%, Fe>43%, As<0.1%, Pb+Zn<0.1%, SiO2<3%, H2O<0.5%. This product is mainly used in resin grinding wheels, grinding discs, brake bands, glasses and lithium batteries.
3) Wearable floor material and decorating material. Granularities: 0-0.5mm, 0.5-1mm, 1-3mm, 1-5mm, 2-5mm, etc. Its granularity can be decided by the customer’’s requirements. Its raw materials include some high purity natural minerals, but mainly ferro sulphide. Its color is in silver-white with a little yellowish. It is widely used as wearable floor and decorating materials nowadays.
4) High density ore (counterweight ore) and its processed product (counterweight sands). The densities of high density counterweight ore varies between 4.3-5.1g/cm3. This product is used as the substitution of the cast iron fittings. The densities of counterweight sands are between 4.0-5.0g/cbm, and their volume fraction is about 3.2g/cbm. It is widely used in sports equipments, rubber, elevators, washing machines, excavators, shipbuilding and seabed cables.
5) Limestone. Its main composition: CaO>53%. It is mainly used as steel-making flux and desulfurization substance in power stations.
